垃圾焚烧发电运行维护岗位

Waste incineration power generation operation and maintenance positions


1. 负责垃圾焚烧发电厂设备的巡视和检查;

Responsible for the inspection and inspection of waste incineration power plant equipment;

2. 负责设备定期维护,及时消除设备缺陷;

熟悉DCS控制操作系统,具备垃圾焚烧发电厂锅炉、汽轮机、电气及其辅助设备和热力系统的启动、停止、变工况运行调整及事故处理能力,并能对机组各经济技术指标进行分析、监督。

五、培养目标与培养规格【Training objectives and training specifications】

(一)培养目标【Training goal】

本专业的教学对象是母语为非汉语的外国人或海外华人华侨,具有中国情怀和国际视野,具有良好人文素质、科学素质和社会责任感,精益求精、不断创新的工匠精神,以及较强的就业能力和可持续发展的能力,掌握本专业的基本知识和主要技术技能,面向电力生产和供应业行业的垃圾焚烧发电运维值班员等职业群,能够从事垃圾焚烧发电运行和维护的复合型、创新型高素质技术技能人才。

The teaching target of this major is foreigners or overseas Chinese whose mother tongue is not Chinese, who have Chinese feelings and international vision, good humanistic quality, scientific quality and social responsibility, the artisan spirit of excellence and continuous innovation, strong employability and sustainable development ability, and master the basic knowledge and main technical skills of this major. For the power production and supply industry of waste incineration power generation operation and maintenance duty personnel and other professional groups, can engage in waste incineration power generation operation and maintenance of complex, innovative high-quality technical skills.

本专业毕业生应在素质(文化素质、职业素质、身心素质)、知识(汉语基础知识和专业知识)和能力(专业技术技能和终身学习、分析问题和解决问题的能力)等方面达到培养要求。

生活垃圾焚烧技术原理;垃圾产量估算;垃圾燃烧温度、干燥、热解和着火;垃圾焚烧炉试验系统的设计和焚烧工艺优化;垃圾在焚烧炉内燃烧机理研究与仿真;圾焚烧系统及装备典型事故处理。

1)《垃圾处理及发电技术》等混合式网络教学课程;2) 根据学院教材管理规定及有关规定,专业主要选用团队出版的十二五区级规划教材《垃圾焚烧发电技术》。3)虚拟仿真资源:垃圾焚烧发电虚拟仿真实训系统、垃圾焚烧发电三维漫游实训系统。

九、毕业要求【】

本专业学生必须达到以下条件,准予毕业,颁发国家承认的大专毕业证:

Students of this major must meet the following conditions to be allowed to graduate and be issued a state-recognized junior college diploma:

1. 学生在规定的修业年限内,完成本专业教学计划规定的所有必修课和指定范围内的选修课的学习,通过考试(考核)取得至少56学分,其中必修课不少于53学分,选修课不少于3学分。同时完成双方院校协商的认定课程课时和学分即可。

十、人才培养模式特色【Characteristics of talent training mode】

本人才培养方案以服务母语为非汉语的外国人或海外华人华侨在电力行业深造学习为出发点,通过以工厂运行与设备检修技术人员等职业岗位工作过程为导向,调整、完善专业课程体系,开发课程教学资源,结合行业职业岗位要求,制定出“岗课证赛创”的融合的人才培养模式。

The talent training program aims to serve non-native Chinese foreigners or overseas Chinese for further study in the power industry. Guided by the working process of factory operation and equipment maintenance technicians, the program adjusts and improves the professional course system, develops course teaching resources, and combines the requirements of industry vocational positions. Formulate the "post class certificate competition and creation" of the integration of personnel training mode.
